1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Phantom Press ("Company") regarding your use of our LinkedIn ghostwriting services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Phantom Press provides professional LinkedIn ghostwriting, strategy, and engagement services. Specific deliverables (number of posts, revision rounds) are defined by your selected package tier (Presence Builder, Authority Accelerator, or Executive Influence).
3. Subscription & Billing
- Monthly Plans: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. No long-term contracts.
- Annual Plans: Billed upfront for 12 months with a 2-month discount.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Services continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Content Ownership
Client Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all content we create for you, effective immediately upon creation. This applies even if you cancel services.
Company IP: Phantom Press retains ownership of our internal methodologies, branding, and website content.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is". While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific viral results or business outcomes, as LinkedIn algorithms are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. You will receive a pro-rated refund for undelivered services in such cases.
